Important! If you pay for a subscription before the 17th day of any month, then your subscription start working on the 28th day of this month. If you pay for a subscription after the 17th day of any month, then the purchased subcription will be valid from the 28th day of the next month.
For example: you paid for a subscription until July 17, or on the same day. In this case, it starts working on July 28. If you paid for the subscription after July 17, then it will be able to work for you from 28 of August. This time interval is dictated by our administration system, which guarantees you the validity of the subscription and its cost. The duration of the subscription is 12 months.

If in the process of using the subscription, questions arise, you contact the customer service of the transport company you use. The customer service will respond to you immediately, since your OV-chip card operates throughout the Netherlands and is integrated into all public transport companies.
